"Many Mages consider the mysterious Kundalini to be the Source of all Magical Power. This is true in some ways, however the true Source is the Source of the Threefold Flame. Kundalini is one of the most powerful Mana Sources that can be however. Here are some exercises that can activate, and indefinitely sustain your Kundalini, starting with the Physical."
It is a little known fact that there are *seven* subtle Bodies of Subtle Fire, one corresponding to each of the Seven Chakras. Each of these Bodies has its own Spectrum of Chakras of the Seven Rays - for example, the colours you would get if you split Red Light seven ways, and so on.
There are also the Non Embodied Chakras' Rays, which in the human blueprint of the Subtle Rays can be taken as far as Rapture, Honey Gold. This text uses three such Non-Embodied Chakras - Gold, Platinum and Rapture, and when it is time these subtle Rays can also take on Form. There are more Subtle Rays between them which are activated as we graduate through from one point to another - let your Chakras sort it out! There is at least one more step but I have yet to earn it, and it is not yet time for me to teach it.
There are Trances included in these exercises. To say you wish to Trance and mean it is enough to enter into a lucid Trance. This is different to Trances where you lose consciousness or don't remember. Lucid Trancing is much like meditation; anyone can learn how to do this, and these Invocations are particularly useful for me. Try them and see!
These require very little preparation, however with Physical Kundalini you may notice an increase in appetite. This settles down in a week or two if you pursue this with dedication. If you are able to sense the energy of Kundalini you will have a sense for how the work progresses. Use the Gold Ray protection while doing this, it helps if people try to mess with it. Use the Unified Chakra and Field too. For me this work took several hours of sustaining Kundalini and healing wounds in my Subtle Bodies, and so I had a foundation I waited for each stage to complete before moving on to the next one. There should be no problem with using these in parallel however.

*Note - the Etheric Form is the Physical Template and resonates with the Physical Form. However the True Red Ray Body is a discrete Form that on merging with the Flesh and Blood confers many health benefits. This is so for all Seven Rays of Form. If you take this as far as the Non-Embodied Rays you gain supernatural benefits though to start with you will need to learn how to use them, unless you were lucky enough to be born with them.
