Schumann Resonance is said to be the natural frequency of Gaia's electromagnetic field. The frequency is 7.83 hz (pronounced 'hertz').
This is a little rhyme that purges negativity and positivises the Chakras - really, a good thing in its own right - *and* does some Schumann work.
The nice thing about this one is it's designed to be sung, which is great, but can be read as a poem.
Inviting someone to join is optional, but encouraged. It's kind of built round that anyway. You don't need to sing to someone's face when inviting them; just use focused intent.
