All of this is on healing. Some of these technologies, particularly the Kundalini ones, are very powerful. The Silver Sheath Invocation, immediately below, is probably the most powerful one of all.
Okay so for this it helps to know what the Silver Sheath is. In stories of Astral Projection, there is the theme of the Silver Cord that links you to your body of Incarnation. The Silver Sheath is the energy of that Silver Cord invoked as a *sheath* around your Physical Body. This energy is very strong; there is *nothing* that can cut the Silver Cord until you leave your body behind. It is the most powerful protection and healer you can call upon. Please don't stint in using this one; there are no downsides to it and this one always gets it right.

This first technique is also in the Chakra Dance section. That is deliberate. It belongs here too, as clean Chakras are a strong foundation for health.

so to start off we'll touch on an important point. All Chakras in Form
have a neighboring Chakra, *including the Crown and Base*.
The Crown and Base Chakras neighbor non-embodied Chakras.
All Chakras in the World of Form, when the neighboring Chakras hold them in integrity, are in what is called Impeccable Function.

This one uses the eight cells formed at gestation. They're still there. They merge with the etheric body as part of the development process and all the gestation cells within it of all former lifetimes; they are *immortal*.

This one's a more recent spell. A very in depth healing.

It's good discipline to keep yourself magically charged. You never know when you'll need a spell. So always close with this.
