"The Kundalini Initiations are important for advanced Kundalini work, but they need a foundation. Polarity Dancing
Okay, so if you've read the Ein Soph Banisher you won't be attacked by the warmongers (it deliberately excludes them). If you've used the Merlin Entity Release, you don't have to worry about possession. The Merlin Astral Parasite Removal should by now have dealt with energy thieves. These Invocations actually are great for breaking curses, but you should be cautious and use the Merlin Curse Break anyway.
So let's start with the obvious question.
What is Polarity Dancing?
It is something which only a few species have the ability to do and to my understanding it is a rarity in sentient life.
We have hands and feet. One of the only species to use hands, though some other species have the equivalent of both hand and foot Chakras, just in different form.
We can thread quite literally any combination of upper and lower Chakras through our Hand and Foot Chakras. What Polarity Dancing is, is understanding the major patterns. We all as it were do this but being informed about it really helps.
So. The pattern that feels best is the obvious one. Upper Three Chakras and the Heart through Hands. Lower three Chakras and Heart through Feet. This feels consistently, constantly Good. If we do this we are holding the Polarity of Heaven. You will also feel constantly Good to all those around you. It's a very high energy state but be careful as if you overdo it you could find yourself in a manic episode, so be sure to work with the Gold Ray if you do this.
The second pattern some will want more, and *this is fine and also Good, but in the other direction.* It is the pattern in which we lovingly let go of the Old to prepare the ground for the New. It is the pattern of the lower three Chakras and the Heart threading through the Hands, and the upper three Chakras and the Heart through the Feet. If we specialise this way then we are choosing a path in which we are releasing the old, and sometimes that will feel 'bad' but it is always worth it if we choose it, and yes we can help others this way too. This might send you 'down' or 'depressed' if you overdo it, but it's great for helping people in crisis and God knows we have enough of those in this age. Sometimes you have to push the seesaw from the other side and there is nothing wrong with that. In this if you specialise you'll be doing hard work, because you will be helping people quite literally from the ground up. It's a sacred calling! Also with this, work with the Gold Ray. You'll need it.
The heart is always there but sometimes you need emphasis. For this you can thread your Voice, Heart and Solar Plexus through your Hands and Feet together. For this one always use both the Hands and Feet. Doing otherwise feels weird and unnatural and no-one will like it, you included. There do exist enemies of the Heart and they are particularly dangerous. In this also use the Gold Ray.
The rest is a matter of the interplay between these forces. This means you can choose between them. And you can choose all of them.
So the Invocation is basically a quick way to set that up at your Chakra's discretion. Feel free to ask your Chakras to specialise, but my viewpoint is that we should all be in all three roles, and sometimes fused to all roles at once. Triple shifts! To each according to his or her ability, merit and responsibility. You have the magical charge. Now begins the work.

On the above, it is my view that magic should never limit or constrain. You *can* choose to specialise. My feeling is you get the best results in your choices with the most freedom, so why be typecast? And so I share only this version of the spell. :)
