For a long time, I've been trying to develop an invocation that gives the
equivalent of sixteen hours' rest in ten to twenty minutes.
Just used it.
Feel like I could run a marathon, but remember with this you still need
*physical* rest.
Way better than coffee.
"I ask my Archangelic Unified Field to give me the equivalent of sixteen
hours' sleep physically and in all consciousness levels in the next ten to
twenty minutes."
Start with that, then go to five to ten, then two to four. Train up to it.
